Youth Worker Exchange - Emotional Intelligence in Youth Work

Are you a youth worker, educator, or NGO volunteer ready to level up your skills? Join the team in the Italian mountains for a 7-day Erasmus+ training course focused on Emotional Intelligence (EI) and non-violent communication.

You will explore how understanding emotions can lead to better youth work, deeper communication, and more resilient communities. Expect reflective workshops, outdoor activities, group collaboration, and tools you can apply in your daily work with youth.

• Youth workers, educators, NGO staff or volunteers (22+)

• Actively involved in youth work

💶 Costs? Travel reimbursement up to 309 Euros; And accommodation and meals are covered by the Erasmus+ programme.
