Healthy Mind Healthy Relationships

We’re looking for 5 motivated young people (aged 18–30) + 1 group leader to join the Pangaea Youth Network team on a powerful journey exploring mental well-being and healthy relationships in the beautiful region of Lake Balaton!

What’s it all about?
Through workshops, group discussions, outdoor activities, and intercultural evenings, we’ll dive into:

• Mental health and emotional intelligence

• Communication and conflict resolution

• Recognizing toxic patterns

• Building respectful, trust-based relationships

• Self-awareness and personal growth
  
  

Participants from 7 countries will come together to connect, reflect, and learn in a supportive, non-formal environment, with plenty of time for nature, creativity, and cultural exchange.

  Who can apply?
  ✅ Aged 18–30 (group leader can be older)
  ✅ Curious, open-minded, and ready to participate fully
  ✅ Interested in mental well-being, relationships, and cultural learning
  ✅ Able to communicate in English
  ✅ Holding residence permit in Denmark
  
  
  

What’s included?
✅ Travel reimbursement up to 309 Euros (Flights, trains, buses)
✅ Free accommodation at a cozy guesthouse with a pool, a fireplace, a garden, and just minutes from Lake Balaton!
✅ 3 Meals and 2 coffee breaks per day
✅ Youthpass certification - Recognised by the European Commission.
